Rex Wisehart here! I have been affiliated with Midas Financial for 2 years, but I have been working with small businesses for 30 years. I am a "turn around" guy-- that means I help business owners see their needs from an operations standpoint, and I help people get non-traditional capital. Sometimes you can't work with a bank, and sometimes you just don't want to, but there is no getting around the need to have capital. I can help keep people in the game so they can build the business they want.

Hi. My name is Ginny Klapp. I have been a business consultant with Midas Financial since August 2006 focusing on receivables factoring and purchase order finance, as well as business loans and lines of credit. I grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University. My husband Chris is also a Colorado native and we love living in central Denver.
Prior to joining the Midas Financial family, I was a small busines owner for 25 years. I know first-hand that financing the growth of a small business can be quite a challenge. As a result, I have dedicated myself to helping a great variety of businesses in all stages of growth to receive the financing they need. My background in professional mediation has served me well in applying problem solving and negotiating for my clients.
In my free time I enjoy biking, hiking and camping in our beautiful Colorado Rockies. My great love, however, is music and playing piano.

Hi. My name is Todd Hornbacher. I am a Sales Consultant with Midas Financial. I have only been with the company since January 2008, but I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge since then and have the benefit of growing up in an entreprenurial family.
I was born and raised in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota, but I now live in the southwest metro area, specifically Centennial. I am very close to my family both back in Minnesota and here. My family means a great deal to me and they have had a great impact on my life, both personally and professionally.
In my free time, I enjoy a lot of the simple things in life such as traveling, movies, athletics and just being outside. Sports are a big part of my life-- both playing and watching. Although I have to admit my team loyalties lie elsewhere, I love to spend a summer night at Coors Field.
I enjoy working for Midas because it gives me an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others by helping them achieve their business goals. It also allows me to experience many new things and meet a wide variety of people. Hello! My name is Arlene Anderson. I have been the General Manager for Midas Financial since December 2007. Like many people, I am a transplant to Colorado, having moved from Montana in 2001. My family and I live in Littleton and throroughly enjoy living in the Denver metro area.
In my past life and career in Montana I had a solo law practice in which I represented people mostly in the areas of family law and estates & probates, in addition to running my own office. My law and bookkeeping background serve me well at Midas as I have been assisting in creating the infrastructure designed to take our company to the next level. I love to organize things and the challenge to make systems and processes as efficient as possible.
I appreciate Midas Financial for recognizing that family is still the most important thing in life. In this atmosphere, I have been able to continute to be very active in my children's grade school, PTA & Girl Scouts, as well as in my church's choir and social & service groups. M family enjoys camping, traveling, biking soccer, tennis, hiking, and rock climbing, when we are not entertaining friends and family or making home improvements.

Good day! My name is Chris McGrath and I have been with Midas Financial since December 2007. I am originally from Minnesota, but came to Colorado in January 1998 through a volleyball scholarship at Metro State College of Denver, where I graduated in 2000 with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations.
After graduating from college I went to work for an aviation consulting firm as their Manager of Public Relations. A year and a half later I accepted the Marketing Specialist position at South Suburban Parks & Recreation. It was at South Suburban that I met my soulmate and best friend, BLu, whom I later married. I put my career on hold and decided to pursue the challenges and joys of motherhood; for the past two years I have been raising our two boys, Patrick and Matthew.
When I'm not working or being a mother I enjoy running, biking, volunteering at our church, hanging out with friends and anything that has to do with my family.
Working for Midas has been the perfect balance of being a mom while still utilizing my education & talents in the workplace.
